After test driving a few models and installing all our kid's carseats into the different van models, we finally chose the model we wanted, however it wasn't available in the color we wanted. That didn't stop Josh! He hunted down the exact van we wanted in the color we wanted and arranged a dealer swap. We love our new van and had a really great experience dealing with Josh. I never felt any pressure and I always felt wee informed. I would highly recommend Koons Toyota and I would ask for Josh Lundy. He made it easy! More

I rode with Josh on two test drive and I must say it was the best test drive experience I've ever had. Josh not only told us about safety features, he showed them to us and how they function. It's always ni the best test drive experience I've ever had. Josh not only told us about safety features, he showed them to us and how they function. It's always nice to know that a vehicle has a long list of safety features, but to know how they actually work via simulation is even nicer to know. Josh was very down to earth, friendly, realistic, and accommodating. I enjoyed working with him and look forward to doing it again in the future if the opportunity arises. More

He went over every detail of the vehicle' daughter's car purchase. Her salesman, Josh Lundy, was friendly, knowledgeable and THOROUGHLY professional. He went over every detail of the vehicle's history with her and made a point to demonstrate its features during our test drives. He showed us several competing vehicles as well and was equally knowledgeable about them. When it came time for her to make a choice, he stood back, applied NO pressure, and when she came to a decision made no attempt to steer her toward a more expensive, more elaborately equipped vehicle she had also considered. It was easily the best car-buying experience I've ever been associated with. More

Josh kept me informed every step of the way during the process. My situation was somewhat unique to me as the vehicle I was purchasing was being delivered from overseas, which made it difficult to determ process. Aware of my concerns, Josh provided me with daily updates pictures of my future vehicle in the color and the options I desired. When it came to pricing, Josh/Koons would not be out done and I came away with a great deal. In summary, my experience with Josh and the Koons' team was very positive. Their customer service was outstanding and at the end of the day, there were no surprises, which is all I could ask for.
