When we informed the dealership that we would consider buying an EXL Pilot, White with Tan interior, 2017 model if they could locate the vehicle. Very quickly they located the vehicle and it did not take long to agree on a price. This is the 2nd time we have purchased from this dealership and it has a great small town feel. Linda and I personally know a significant number of these employees through having worked at previous employment, our children playing sports with their children, our son coaching their children, and roping with one of these employees. Honda has a great combination of a large dealership with a small town atmosphere. More

Mark is such a great guy to work with and to get to know. He really takes care of his customers. After much deliberation, my wife and I decided to trade in one of those vehicles and get a new Pilot. We worked with Beebe Stephenson and he was such an awesome gentleman to work with and build a new relationship with as we navigated our way through selecting and purchasing the vehicle and he didn't seem to mind showing us around today in well below freezing temperatures. I would describe both Mark and Beebe as friendly and professional in every way. They are both laid back just enough to make them a pleasure to work with (no high pressure tactics used here) and yet aggressive enough in all the right ways to go and chase down answers and solutions. I really appreciate how they listened closely to our needs and made suggestions without making us feel pressured into anything. We also worked briefly with the sales manager Josh Matney on all the financing aspects of the transaction and he was also a pleasure to deal with - a great team all the way across at Honda of Bartlesville. I have been very pleased with all my experiences there (as have several of my friends). I returned to purchase another CRV this year, and again have had a satisfying experience. I have high regard for the sales, business, and maintenance staff. They listen to your needs, and are friendly, helpful, patient, and informative. I especially appreciate Scott Upton’s willingness to intermittently “tutor” me in the use of the technology in the 2017 CRV, which is several steps ahead of the 2014 model that I owned. Non-techies like me value that kind of support! Without reservation, I would recommend Honda of Bartlesville to anyone considering purchasing an automobile. More

After researching new and near new Honda Accords online, searching multiple local websites, and following up with the dealerships without much success After researching new and near new Honda Accords online, searching multiple local websites, and following up with the dealerships without much success (and a lot of waiting), I decided to extend my search area to 150 miles. I found the exact car I was looking for at Honda of Bartlesville. The price quote I received via email for the car was significantly lower than at local dealerships which it made it worth the trip. I spoke with Josh Matney by phone to set up an appointment that afternoon. He was very helpful with questions I had on the pricing and directions to the dealership. The best surprise was the professional and efficient treatment I received when I arrived. The car and Blane Wood were ready for my test drive as soon as I arrived. Blane was extremely knowledgeable about the car and the differences between my older version Accord and the new model. The technology in the new car was intimidating at first, but his explanation, set up, and demonstration made me feel very comfortable on the drive home. Dominykas Kvedys was also very thorough and efficient in going through the financing portion of the transaction, as well as being extremely personable. The whole process from arrival to departure with my new car took less than three hours. It's certainly understandable why so many car buyers make the trip to Bartlesville ... it's definitely worth the drive! More
