I was very pleased with Jason Carter (5 stars as he is not listed yet for this dealership) and Charles Carpenter. Jason did a test drive with me and answered every question I had. Charles and Dominykas we not listed yet for this dealership) and Charles Carpenter. Jason did a test drive with me and answered every question I had. Charles and Dominykas were very friendly as well. And when I did decide to purchase, Dominykas got me in as soon as he got a chance instead of making me wait any longer and was able to get me in sooner. I wasn’t as impressed with Josh Matney and negotiating with him. Putting $10,000 down on a used car was a sweet deal for him. My last offer of $25,000 wasn’t unreasonable so only taking the pice down $500 and not going down a mere $118 was disappointing. He also mentioned that a car that was tore up would be on the low spectrum of Kelley’s Blue Book and we both know that a car like that is not even covered in the suggested retail per KBB and was not a valid point. I also found a chip in the windshield later. I had it fixed myself because I didn’t want to deal with the dealership again. I don’t regret the purchase of the car, but the negotiation experience could have been better. More

When we were able to come to the dealership, he had the van pulled up front and it was washed and ready to go. He explained everything and even asked for questions. There was no pressure whatsoever to purchase the vehicle. I was the one that said we were ready. The process was fast. We went to the finance department with Dominykas and it was a breeze. He was very informative and answered any question we had. Overall our experience was amazing. This is a no pressure dealership with honest people. More

Best buying experience. Best buying experience we have ever had. Traded in my vehicle and bought a new Pilot. I spoke to Charles on a Saturday after leaving another dealer, to explain they let us go over $600. Josh then called me back and we discussed the issues, Josh promised we would not have those issues with them. We then set an appointment for the following Tuesday, and everything went just as Josh had promised. The deal was done before we really got there. They took the time to let us test drive, and ask questions. Charles then took the time to explain all the details in the vehicle. Great customer service, we have recommended them since buying a month ago. More
