During my regular oil change appointment, they let me know it was time for a two more things to be done, which would take 2 hours to complete. I was given an estimate of costs at the time and scheduled when I could come back in to get the work done. I did check my manual at home, and it noted the two processes as well. Josh explained everything that was done. He also arranged to have Miguel bring me back home, for the 2 hour wait, and pick me back up when the car was ready. Thank you! More
