Took my wife’s $48k sienna in for its second service. First time the tech gouged the rim with their impact socket. Toyota fixed it at no cost. This second service guess what; they did it again. So now I have to lose the van again for them to repair it. Two stars down from five due to this mishap happening two out of two times. Losing my confidence in their capability to do the job flawlessly. I love Toyota but come on man. How many people jump in their car after maintenance and just drive off without looking their vehicle over? Not this guy. On a good note, The service rep Josh was outstanding. But if they can’t take a lug nut off without damaging something, how are they on more in depth maintenance? Raises my concern level. More
