Once we had picked the Cross Trek the details were worked out to our satisfaction. Greg Cooper walked us through the lengthy final steps. We drove away happy and assured we could reach out anytime to Josh with any questions. More

Josh did a great I asked for more information and Josh went out and took a video to insure my concerns. We drove out and everything was as promised. Josh did a great job making us aware of options available to us without us feeling extra pressure to have to do anything. The finance department was short staffed that day due to an injury but still processed the sale in a timely manner that fit with our schedule (especially since we live an hour away from the dealership.) Both guys were professional, courteous and made us feel like we made the right decision.
