I brought my special needs daughter with me and Katelyn could not have been sweeter to make sure we were both taken care of during the process. Buying a car can be very stressful, but Katelyn made the transaction stress free. Katelyn bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied! Everyone was so friendly and there was such a family atmosphere among the staff. This is my second car purchased at Paradise, and I could not be happier!! When I came to buy the car CJ was unavailable but Katelyn Gilmore was there to help and was part of CJ's team. She answered all of my questions and knew a lot about the Camaro I was looking at. The entire building seemed so relaxed and professional. Sam helped us out by showing us the model car we wanted and going on a lovely test drive. David helped us by negotiating prices and getting us the best deal he could and we finished up with Josh in finance who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was so impressed by their service that I made sure to get all their names! Most dealerships make you feel rushed and wont stop bugging you to purchase from them but at Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac it felt like a place I could spend all day there. We will definitely be coming back to purchase a car from my husband next year! More
