Also, Stacey made the signing of the papers pleasant with her cheerful personality and expert knowledge of all the legal terms. This part was faster than I can remember in the past with other car purchases. My husband and I met Josh Rice a few weeks before buying a car. I test drove the Cruze, and Josh gave us information about it. Though he suggested we go into the office to discuss a price, we weren't ready. He was not pushy, and let us continue on our way. Something I found very admirable, as we dislike pushy salesmen. After doing some research on the Cruze Eco, I wanted to take another look to make sure this was the car, as I also was looking at a Honda CRZ. Because I had had such a good impression of Josh when I first met him, I called him back and advised we wanted to meet with him to discuss trading in my 350Z. A few days later, we met and I took the Cruze on another test drive. Josh went more into depth about the car. He was nice enough to leave my husband and I alone so we may discuss the car privately. We finally agreed that the Cruze had alot to offer for the price. The negotiation of the trade-in was discussed, and we all finally agreed on a great price for both the trade-in and the Cruze. Josh was very personable with us, and during the paperwork process, he didn't just disappear. He was very good about letting us know how the paperwork was going, and made sure we were comfortable during our wait. He took the time to give us the tour of the dealership, which we have never had anyone do before. In the end, he went over all the options in the car, teaching me how to use them, again, something a salesman has never done. Josh may be a young salesman, but I feel with his personality and good mannerism, he will go a a long way in his car sales career. We are looking at buying a Volt in the near future, and when we are ready, we will call Josh to help us. I recommend anyone looking for a good salesman, who is respectful of your space, and knowledgable, to talk with Josh Price at Paradise Chevrolet. More
