False hopes from finance. They say you have the loan and waiting to get paperwork to my co-signer but 4 days later to find out that theere isn't a lender. By the way no one called for 2 days. My wife had been looking for a pre-owned black Escalade for the last 2 months. She saw a 2008 listed in the press so we went online to look at some pictures of the vehicle. We decided to visit the Paradise dealership and take the car for a test drive. Josh Rice was our salesman. We took the car for a drive and it was in exceptional condition. I personally knew the owner of Paradise, Mr. Gilmore, through business meetings years ago and with the wonderful assistance of Josh our salesman we were able to make a deal. There was no pressure whatsoever and Josh provided us with all the information regarding the car. Our overall experience was excellent. We would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a car. More
