My experience went well. I purchased a 2022 Kia Sorento SX. Upon delivery of the vehicle I was a little disappointed the vehicle did not have all the features my previous v I purchased a 2022 Kia Sorento SX. Upon delivery of the vehicle I was a little disappointed the vehicle did not have all the features my previous vehicle that I traded in had and I thought that would have been mentioned, however, I suppose some if it was my fault also for not checking/asking. However, he knew what I had in my previous vehicle, I figured I would be shown a vehicle with all he same features. They met the amount I wanted to spend on a lease and nothing changed the day I took delivery. Everything was done in one day and I was able to pick the car up after work and did not have to wait long at all, I received very prompt service and Jake followed up with me the following day. Besides not having a few features my previous vehicle had as stated above, I am happy with the Sorento. This is my 5th vehicle from Destination Kia, they are always very friendly. More
