I have been with destination kia thru 2 vehicle leases now. They have provided amazing customer service, there were no surprises. Both times I was in the market for vehicles I was able to list the featu now. They have provided amazing customer service, there were no surprises. The whole staff at this Dealership has aways been fair and aims to please. I have leased 3 OPTIMA TURBO'S ( 2 from Destination) through them and have every reason to believe that buying out my 4th was in and aims to please. I have leased 3 OPTIMA TURBO'S ( 2 from Destination) through them and have every reason to believe that buying out my 4th was in my best interest. I would have continued leasing the Optima, but the company stopped producing the model. Unfortunately, they took many of the best features away from the new K5 line, so I decided to keep what I had. Even though I walked in late for my appointment. Late in the evening. The staff still accommodated me. Sales consultant Ms. Amy Pogorzelski spent time walking me through my choices, paying attention to my f the evening. The staff still accommodated me. Sales consultant Ms. Amy Pogorzelski spent time walking me through my choices, paying attention to my family size, needs and expenses. She walked outside in the freezing cold and snow to grab the preowned vehicle I was interested. An excellent deal maker. The only universal advise I would give to the next buyer is to always check the vehicle in daylight time. So you and the dealer can get a chance to address any issues of false appearances. Other than that everything was great. Now I am waiting for my 2018 Sorento's ownership title in the mail, Thank you everyone for your services. More
