I called Destination Kia searching for a Telluride and initially spoke with Amy Curry, she was pleasant, professional and asked me to hold one minute, she confirmed the exterior/interior color and style I initially spoke with Amy Curry, she was pleasant, professional and asked me to hold one minute, she confirmed the exterior/interior color and style I was interested in, then she transferred me to Sandra Sawicz (Internet Manager) who sent me the exact window sticker for the car, and was also a pleasure answering any question I had, she finalized my deposit Over the phone and connected me with Josh Rousseau to finalize my purchase. Josh was easy going, and answered all my questions about financing and added mudguards when I was en route one week later, 90 minutes from picking up my Telluride. I have purchased and leased more than twenty cars and it is clear to me why this dealership is in the Top 4 in the country. The finance rep also provided me with valuable information and epitomized class and great customer service. Thanks to the team at Destination Kia, this was a surprise and my wife loves her new ride!
