Direct, fast and friendly Went into dealership late friday night not realizing they were about to close for the night. We were looking to trade in out 15 sportage lease and upg Went into dealership late friday night not realizing they were about to close for the night. We were looking to trade in out 15 sportage lease and upgrade to a new Sorento lease. Josh greeted us right away showed us the special they were advertising however that wouldn't fit our needs. We are on a tight budget and Josh worked with his finance manager to fight for us and get us the best deal possible. They all stayed late, maybe 2 hrs later than they had too, just to get the deal done. He could have easily said it wont work or come back tomorrow because they are closing up. Not Josh, he made this the best experience I have ever had getting into a new vehicle. He was able to have the vehicle and paperwork ready next day, we sat with Heidi in finance maybe 15 mins, she was super friendly and thorough. Josh then showed us all the extras in the car, set up radio and even set up a reminder to get oil changed next 5k miles. We arrived at 3 and were on the road in our new awesome Kia by 4:30. They all worked to get this done, but Josh was amazing! He is friendly, empathetic to our needs, straight shooter and all around a genuine guy. I will not go anywhere else and will be back to see him for our next vehicle. Highly recommended. More
