What can I say, from start to finish Juan and the team at Destination Kia were on top of things and made the car buying process actually stress free. My previous car buying experiences with dealerships in Florida have been dreadful and I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience with them. I bought my vehicle from out of state and Juan was responsive via text and email every step of the way. He was so awesome to work with and I wish I needed another car just so I could work with him and this dealership. if you’re in the market for a vehicle definitely consider Destination Kia and ask for Juan! The dealership was great, as well as the salesperson (Brandon King) and the finance officer (I believe his name was Josh). They both answered all my questions and concerns without any hesitation. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process. I don’t think it took more than 35 or 45 minutes to complete all the paperwork to purchase my new car. Just before leaving Brandon said to call him if I had any questions about the car, or if I needed any help downloading any apps pertaining to my car. This is one of the first times I can say that my experience buying a new car, from the beginning to the end, was pleasant and hassle free. More
