Mass confusion at service center When I tried to call for service, there was no answer from anybody. The phone system kept going around in an endless replaying the same message over a When I tried to call for service, there was no answer from anybody. The phone system kept going around in an endless replaying the same message over and over. When I finally was able to speak to a human, she transferred me into the same endless loop message. She was too lazy to directly help me. I spoke to another person who couldn’t help because she wasn’t aware of how the phone system operated (poor training). With all this bumbling going on, it was quite ironic to hear the background messenging bragging about “Don Mealey’s best service center in all of Florida”. Management never responded either. Maybe Mealey needs to drop by to see what’s going on. More
