Avoid this dealership at all costs. Dealer refused to fix my blown engine on my Suburu WRX 2016, under warrenty. & when they agreed to pay half, service was never completed on my vehicle Dealer refused to fix my blown engine on my Suburu WRX 2016, under warrenty. & when they agreed to pay half, service was never completed on my vehicle. 5 months I had my car in the service garage and they failed to find a mechanic to install my new engine. On top of that my bumper was scratched all over my truck from employees walking around the garage and damaging it with the carts with 0 concern on the owner, much less they never told me, or I'm sure they didnt even realize my car had been damaged under their care. The sales department had a decent price on the new 2019 WRX that I bought, since we were getting no where with my old 2016 WRX. On top of that, my new 2019 had a scratch on it that was promised to be fixed.. they gave me a fake appointment with some random guy and he dabbed my paint on my hood with a pen that "matches" the OEM color. (That Basically made it worse lol) So with that being said, ill be more than happy to drive over 30 miles to the next suburu dealership to avoid service at this dealer. I do not wish to give this dealer the pleasure of my business after how I was treated for 5 months. Thank you, I love Suburu! More

Great service with great price We had a Great salesman (Guy) actually I wouldn’t call him a salesman; more like a great customer service rep or an informative employee. I say this because of all the employees we dealt with NONE of them were pushy. Every time We step into a dealer the salesmen are usually so pushy. But not at Sport Subaru South!!! They were more laid back yet professional and very helpful. They were confident of Subaru. So much so that it allowed them to give us space when we needed to make the decision of buying the vehicle. During the test drive of the outback and forester, Guy let me express my likes and dislikes and preferences to my husband in the passenger seat while I was getting a feel for both vehicles. He didn’t feel the need to But in or force his opinion, instead he agreed with my opinions and understood my needs. This made the car buying experience such a breeze. He had a smile on his face all the time. Everyone was friendly and they always offered us a drink. They made us feel important without demanding anything from us. I feel like we were offered an Amazing deal from the start without having to go back and forth. I know this because we did shop around, as smart and frugal shoppers should do. I appreciate that so much that because of their great service, we will definitely Recommend Sport Subaru South to all our friends. To be honest, the way they treated us, it felt like we were family. I know that sounds cheesy but I’ve never felt that in ANY dealership and we’ve been leasing vehicles for a while. I must say, I absolute LOVE my new 2020 Subaru Forester (Premium Package.) It is perfect for me. It drives so nicely and It has all the bells and whistles i need. I love the seat warmers, the driving assist, the moon roof, the comfort, the space, the fact that the back seats recline, and all the extra goodies. I’m not a fan of driving but now I seriously find every excuse to drive it. I was afraid of letting my 2016 Forester go because it was a stick shift and I love having control of my vehicle, but this forester is amazing. The response time is very good and With the sport mode I’m actually able to have that control I always wanted without dealing with the hassle of changing gears Thank you so much for your great customer service and being so professional, friendly and willing to meet our requests in such a speedy manner. We are happy customers! More
