Honest and accurate information from the service department. I brought in my 2007 Accord to check out some suspension & power steering noise. The car is 12 years old, and I expected to hear that I needed to rep I brought in my 2007 Accord to check out some suspension & power steering noise. The car is 12 years old, and I expected to hear that I needed to replace a lot of the parts, with a large price tag. Turns out the suspension was loose, and they will try to replace an o ring in the power steering, before replacing the entire pump. Thanks Jace & Josh More

Recent experience I am always treated with respect and utmost courtesy by everyone. There are a couple of things that bothered me though about my recent visit. I came I am always treated with respect and utmost courtesy by everyone. There are a couple of things that bothered me though about my recent visit. I came in to have a lost key replaced and was given 3 different price quotes. Then when I went to pay I was charged an additional $9.80 shop service fee that hadn't been mentioned. When I questioned this additional fee I was told it was a routine charge that was charged to everyone. Maybe a bit more transparency would be in order. Thanks. More
