The most recent purchase was trading in my previous vehicle and purchase of a new vehicle. My salesman Josh walked me through a lot of the details and was communicating with me before I even had to walk onto the lot, so when it came time to purchase everything was very convenient. Alex was my finance manager and he made what can be a very stressful, hard to understand closing process into a fun learning experience on what options I had available for financing and for optional services. Both Josh and Alex were incredibly professional but also engaging and easy to talk with about my options and purchase.
