He successfully 'up sold' me and my wife on the TRD pro lift and protective coating after showing us another customer's sold truck. I walked out of Ed Martin having spent $91k on a truck, thrilled about it, and happy. That takes serious salesmanship and professionalism. If Josh wasn't already so established in his current role and career path, I'd try to steal him for my own business! More

Salesperson checked to see if Toyota financial could beat our finance terms with IMCU but when he came back he never stated if they had - just continued with sale - we had to ask. Pick up day was good but felt rushed and thought they should have brought my new car out of the rain to show me the details. It was not completely ready either (sticker still on, cover for manual missing, and some part had to be put on). Most of this is minor but shows a lack of attention to details. The waiting room and other facilities are very nice. More
