TERRIBLE SERVICE! !! Josh Literally tried telling me I needed pre approved before a test drive and then rushed the test drive not only that he tried basically getting m !! Josh Literally tried telling me I needed pre approved before a test drive and then rushed the test drive not only that he tried basically getting me to buy the car before I even had a chance to drive it, extremely rude especially if they know you are not buying a car THAT EXACT DAY, the tone and demeanor I was talked to just made me want to walk out the dealership but I wanted to test drive the car, however if I knew he would literally rush me (we were in the car for like 2 minutes lol) I would’ve gone somewhere else, highly recommend not going thru josh when going thru this dealership, not sure how everyone else is, spend your money elsewhere! More

The Dealership itself is very clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing. The people are what make it. I love that as soon as you walk in and there is a desk and immediately greeted. It was very relationship and customer service-based. Took my business to Ed Martin Toyota after discovering online the vehicle I ultimately purchased. There are several areas I could nit pick, but overall I was satisfied with the purchase of the vehicle I was most interested in buying. Ed Martin Toyota conducts their business in a thorough and professional way and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others or to buy from them in the future. Suggestions for future improvement would be for the dealership to provide some additional focus for their older customers who may not be as technically savvy. Newer vehicles have an amazing array of beneficial improvements, but only if you know how to use them. An opportunity to attend a class or seminar to learn how to usefully take advantage of all the technology available to you in your newer Toyota vehicle would be a competitive game changer. More
