I'm very excited to be the owner of a new 2025 Toyota Tacoma Sport truck! After owning the truck for a little over a month now, I find myself looking forward to driving it every day! Kyle Suggs was grea Tacoma Sport truck! After owning the truck for a little over a month now, I find myself looking forward to driving it every day! Kyle Suggs was great as a salesman, being prompt and professional through the entire purchasing process. He was able to answer all my questions, gave me a tour of the Ed Martin Dealership facilities and made me comfortable during the visit. Once I was in my new truck, Kyle took time to get me connected via the Toyota app on my phone and gave me a good, overall overview of the truck features. Outside of Kyle's great service, one suggestion I would make to the leadership team of Ed Martin would be add a "New Vehicle Orientation Team". I lived near Chicago years ago and a major dealership out there had this service. After the sale was completed by the salesperson, they would walk the new owner to an indoor car bay area where their new car would be parked and the Orientation Team Member would then spend as much time as needed reviewing all the features of the new car. This included setting up radio stations, customizing the dash displays as well as going through cruise control operations, HVAC controls, etc. By the time the owner leaves the dealership, they are very well versed in the operation of their new vehicle. This makes the new owner much more comfortable driving their new car around without wondering if they have everything set up correctly and safely. I must admit, getting home and trying to navigate an almost 700 page owner's manual that included features for several versions of my truck was more than overwhelming! Again, Kyle stated he was available at any time to answer questions about my new truck, but I've seen the orientation team work at another dealership and it was a great service for new owners. Finally, in the question below about the "speed of the transaction", I'm assuming that was the time spent at the dealership for the purchase. Arriving at 8am and being greeted by Kyle promptly, I didn't drive off the lot with the new truck until almost 1:30 in the afternoon. Although I feel Kyle did a fantastic job with his part, I'm not sure what other parts of the purchasing process make it necessary to take 5-1/2 hours to purchase a new car. More

Good honest people. no haggle, no back and forth to speak to manager. Only thing not staffs fault it seems to be Toyota policy they need 24 hrs for a wire to be accepted no haggle, no back and forth to speak to manager. I had been searching for a used Tacoma TRD for the past 5 months, either a Off Road or Pro pickup, knew what I wanted in terms of features/perks. I was looking at pricing matching age and mileage, some deale months, either a Off Road or Pro pickup, knew what I wanted in terms of features/perks. I was looking at pricing matching age and mileage, some dealers were outrageously high, others way low indicating a problem with the truck, and others in the middle, some were actively lowering their prices while some were not. I was also checking out dealer ratings, & some, quite frankly, scared me away from the reviews alone. I was looking for a dealer that would treat me well and fairly, as much as I was looking for a good used truck. Finding the truck is the easy part, finding a good dealer is the hard part. I was keeping tabs on the 2019 Voodoo Blue TRD Pro that Ed Martin Toyota had for sale, online, and because this dealership is highly rated, I messaged them about it and John Goodpaster messaged me back, sent me a video of the truck and himself answering my questions, and we stayed in touch by email initially. I finally decided to drive up and test drive the pickup, was scheduled for Monday, Dec 1st, but saw that a snowstorm was going to hit that day, so drove up on Friday Nov 28th instead. Prob should have gone sooner, as Friday was their Black Friday Sales Day and they were super busy when I arrived. John let me bring my dog with me, and she got to test drive with me too, as well as go inside their big building when it came time to sign the paperwork for it. Several other employees came over and thanked me for making the drive up there and made me feel right at home. John put me at ease from the get go and there never was any rushing around or pushing me to make a decision, very relaxed atmosphere there even on what appeared to be their busiest day. They knew I was making a 4 hour drive to get there, John held the truck for me, and then they helped me get back on the road home as soon as they could. Josh the Business Manager, took care of me just as well, ensuring me of a good extended warranty at a fair price, much lower price than many companies that offer warranties, I might add, and he drives a TRD Pro pickup also, so I was quite comfortable dealing with both John and Josh. Even after I returned home with the truck, they have both been able to help me with answers to some questions, so their follow up is just as professional. I am a guy that buys a pickup to use it, I traded in my 2010 Tacoma TRD Off Road with 389, 000 miles on it, something they prob are not used to seeing, but it lasted me ten years and hopefully, this 2019 will last that long, if not longer. One thing is for sure, I like it a lot, glad I purchased it from these guys, and would not hesitate to return in the future for another one if need be. More
