Hands down, Josh was the most responsive and seemed to be the most comfortable in dealing with phone calls and emails. You would think nowadays that all professional car salespeople would adapt to customers shopping online, and understand that it isn't a big deal for customers to drive a few hours when spending over $30,000. But Josh was clearly better prepared than the others. Josh was well prepared to answer questions and negotiate the specifics to close the sale before we drove up. When we arrived the van was ready to go with all the accessories we wanted. It was a very busy Saturday morning so the finance office was backed up, but Josh helped us out and grabbed the used car finance manager so we could finish the deal and use the rest of our day to hit some favorite St. Louis spots. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone within a few hours drive. They are very professional and were much more flexible than the competing dealers I contacted. More

He was very cooperative, professional and worked with me. Even after the sale was made, Josh offered to help me with any concerns about operating all the electronics of the car, putting my license plates on when I get them. He didn't just push me aside and move on to the next customer. It was a good experience but, of course, you always want a lower price! More

Josh was involved in our process from the very first visit to the purchase of the vehicle. Our experience in working with Josh was especially good. My wife and I went through some indecisiveness during the process over a few weeks. During the process, Josh was patient, knowledgeable of the vehicles, and never showed any sign of pushing for a decision. After each visit, Josh would tell us to call him if any questions or concerns. And wouldn't contact us, but let us decide when to contact him. Then back through the same routine. Should I buy another car from this dealership, I will be giving Josh a call. More
