I was a little nervous about purchasing a new vehicle at first. I have dealt with a lot of pushy sales people and unfortunately expected the same runaround. I was pleasantly surprised throughout the entire first. I have dealt with a lot of pushy sales people and unfortunately expected the same runaround. I was pleasantly surprised throughout the entire process at St. Louis Honda. Josh Ulrich, my sales person, made me feel incredibly comfortable. It was a nasty day out so I figured I would just be looking at pictures of the cars and pricing...not the case. Josh walked me outside and showed me multiple vehicles that suited exactly what I was looking for, and then some. He even walked me back to speak with Gary Opitz, a service adviser, who assured me that I was in good hands. I didn't need that at this point, but it made me feel even more comfortable about this investment. The customer service was impeccable. Towards the finalizing of my purchase, a sales manager approached me and shook my hand thanking me for my business. Josh even got into my car with me before I left and explained all of the features my new car had to offer. An outstanding experience for me from start to finish. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from St. Louis Honda and will definitely recommend them to friends and family. More

Overall, it was a quality experience at Mungenast St. Louis Honda. When looking for our automobile, they were the first dealership we decided visit. After visiting a number of other dealerships, their Louis Honda. When looking for our automobile, they were the first dealership we decided visit. After visiting a number of other dealerships, their price point was slightly higher, but they were flexible and willing to beat the price that was given to me from the other dealerships. Because of this, we chose to go with Mungenast. The negotiation process was relatively easy and our salesperson (Josh Ulrich) was very patient with us while we looked at a number of vehicles in varying interior/exterior colors and options to make sure we made the best possible selection to meet our wants and needs. The finance department explored all the additional warranty offers and made no attempt to pressure us into purchasing an option we were not comfortable with selecting. Overall, our experience at Mungenast St. Louis Honda was top-notch and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a new automobile. More

I worked with Rebecca and Josh on my recent Honda Civic purchase, and what a team! I initially sought an internet price quote, where I dealt with Rebecca Wille. She was straightforward, honest and helped purchase, and what a team! I initially sought an internet price quote, where I dealt with Rebecca Wille. She was straightforward, honest and helped me understand all the little extras and fine print that other dealers were including in their apparently lower quotes! She answered many of my questions and really made me feel comfortable moving forward with a test drive. This was my first experience buying a new car on my own, so it definitely felt great dealing with someone so obviously trustworthy. At the recommendation of a friend, I also worked with Josh Ulrich, who was extremely friendly and helpful. He set me up with the test drive, helpfully explained all of the features, and assuaged all of my concerns (and there were many!) over buying a new car! Again, a very straight shooter. He was very upfront about pricing and what kind of wiggle room we could get. He told me exactly what to expect for the day and how long I would be in the dealership, who I would meet with and what would happen every step of the way. I've never financed a car, or purchased a new car before, so it was very calming to know what the day had in store for me! He even lent a car to my friend so she could run out and grab us lunch while I filled out paperwork! After everything was said and done, Josh still took the time to set up my phone with the bluetooth in the car, showed me all of the stereo and menu features, and made sure I had all of my questions answered before I drove off the lot! 5 star service at Mungenast, I will definitely recommend this dealer to all of my friends and family! More
