I just purchased a Kia Telluride and I love it. Josh Valentine made my experience great. I went in to Kia with the intention of seeing the vehicle, but Josh gave me such a great deal that I walked out w Valentine made my experience great. I honestly had the best dealership experience of my life at Halleen Kia of North Olmsted. I went in there upside down on my loan and was high in miles on my trade in. Josh Valentine was my sales rep and he at Halleen Kia of North Olmsted. I went in there upside down on my loan and was high in miles on my trade in. Josh Valentine was my sales rep and he listened to my needs and worked with me to get what I wanted. Previously if I was in a dealership I planned to bring a meal and stay awhile. Josh has the process so streamlined I was driving home with my new car in under 3 hours! Oleg in finance was also very efficient and made sure to explain everything to me without being condescending (because I am a woman). Honestly I believe all sales people and dealerships should be learning from this team. I am beyond thrilled with the dealership and my purchase. I will recommend Halleen Kia to anyone I know looking for a car! More

I ordered an SX Prestige Telluride from Halleen Kia. Life got in the way and through some medical issues coming up with my wife, we had to cancel. Josh and the team at Halleen completely understood and refun got in the way and through some medical issues coming up with my wife, we had to cancel. Josh and the team at Halleen completely understood and refunded me my deposit. I was extremely impressed with Halleen Kia. They did not charge a dime over MSRP and were totally transparent with the entire process. I will absolutely do business with them again. More
