Josh was great. He didn't sugar coat anything. However, I do think he still have given me a lower price for the car. But that's on me for not pushing. On the other hand, your finance guy was awful. He pressured me to buy the Vehicle Protection Plan. I felt like I couldn't leave if I didn't agree. He made me feel stupid, to be honest. So I'm cancelling this Plan. I don't want this. I told him I didn't want it but he insisted. Please have someone contact me on how to cancel this. Thank you. More
