The Mercedes team kept us updated on the status of our car. When it came in it was everything we expected. What an awesome experience!!!!!! On delivery they took the time to show us all the widgets and gadgets the car has., even weeks later we still call up with questions and they are always willing to help. The Mercedes Benz of columbus team is not your typical dealership that just forgets you after the sale, the team truly is a family and continues to take care of its customer from the time you walk onto the lot and after the sale. Debi was great at making the document process run smoothly and fast as well which was extremely helpful given our small children being present for the purchase.
