You feel more like you are dealing with your family rather than someone you just met. The product knowledge and courtesy of staff is similar to many dealerships. What sets them apart is the trust you immediately recognize as genuine and sincere. We were looking for more than just to purchase a new Mercedes. We were seeking to find a dealership that we could build a relationship built on trust. We were also trying to find a dealership where the staff and owner were committed to the long term and looking past the immediate sale. All of the staff we dealt with has been with the dealership 10 years or longer. If you are looking for a dealership you can build a relationship that will last and will probably have the same staff for your next purchase Mercedes-Benz Columbus is where we think you should start. When we are in for service Kaleb makes us feel like we are THE most important customer, like we rolled up in a GL63 AMG, even though it was just our GLK 350. I have purchased many vehicles through many different dealerships in town and no dealership can come close to the professionalism and care you will receive at Mercedes of Columbus. And no other dealerships service departments in the Columbus area are in the same league as Mercedes of Columbus. I never have any complaints with my service visits at Mercedes of Columbus. They lied from the time we walk on the lot. They said that the car we bought was one of there car and that they serviced the car from the time it was sold it wouldn't pass inspection test Been They said that the car we bought was one of there car and that they serviced the car from the time it was sold it wouldn't pass inspection test Been waiting almost three month papers wrong, Waited two month for a replacement part to pass Inspection every time I would call it was a different story. These people are horrible and Shouldn't be running a dealership ESPECIALLY MERCEDES!!!!! More
