I was able to get the truck at a higher rate. - other issues happened in separate events: • separate references • docusign difficulties • 2nd key request • hail damage of trade in truck that resulted in a hail claim • no floor mats in new truck I don’t blame Josh because we had done business before and it was seamless, smooth with no issues.
