Pretty good service with a couple of issues I am generally happy with the service at D&M, but I would recommend a few things to improve service. Sometimes calls were not returned for quite some I am generally happy with the service at D&M, but I would recommend a few things to improve service. Sometimes calls were not returned for quite some time. I received a call to update the status of my lease and when I left a return message, I was not called back for a couple weeks. Also, the car was delivered pretty late to my house (around 9:30) at night, when it was originally supposed to be delivered to my office before 4:30. It was an irritating experience as the car delivery service kept changing the time. It was so late I almost delayed delivery until the next day. More

If you want the best Customer Service ask for Josh!!! This is the fifth vehicle that we obtained from D&M and each time Joshua Armstrong has been on point. This last time Josh called me as said that it w This is the fifth vehicle that we obtained from D&M and each time Joshua Armstrong has been on point. This last time Josh called me as said that it was the best opportunity if I would like to trade up to a newer model. I informed him that I could be looking for a truck to tow a 5th wheel RV that would need three special requirements (engine, transmission and differential). Josh worked on this and within a week found a vehicle out of the Dallas areas and had it transferred here. Great Job!! We highly recommend that you chose to use D&M leasing and always please ask for Josh. More
