I was due for oil change, tire rotation and some preventive maintenance. Josh made sure I was in and out in a reasonable time. He made sure all my expectations were met. I take my vehicle in to them because cost wise they are comparable but the service techs that I have had the pleasure of dealing with are lazy. My last trip in there I needed an oil change and tire rotatio comparable but the service techs that I have had the pleasure of dealing with are lazy. My last trip in there I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I have spline lug nuts so it requires me to provide the socket to change/rotate my tires. I hand the socket to the tech who is taking my car back and he either failed to give it to the tech doing the tire rotation or they are blind. They tried telling me that my lug nuts were swollen even after I told them there was a special lug nut socket. I had to go out in the garage and show them where it was and it was literally right by my gear shifter. They made it right though by taking the tire rotation cost off the total bill. More
