Tried to charge me $2,000 OVER what the car was advertised for on Cargurus.com, tried to charge a BS window etching few of $699 on a USED CAR!!! Also charged a $1,097 Safety & Security fee! Watch out for built-in costs you do NOT need! They preach about full disclosure in Washington state auto sales but this did not happen!
