Was contacted by Josh brown about a danali truck I was interested in. He asked if I was still interested in purchasing a truck, and I said yes, but not with Carl black gmc. He then SAID.. not asked… “WHY? interested in. He asked if I was still interested in purchasing a truck, and I said yes, but not with Carl black gmc. He then SAID.. not asked… “WHY? Cause you can’t get the low price you want?” I said because I don’t like the communication process that I received the month earlier with no one contacting me for 3 days after I inquired online and over the phone. He then said another condescending remark to which I said, see, this is exactly why I don’t want to do business with you! He said “that’s fine, you’re not a real customer anyways” I said I’m not a real customer??? He said yea, if you were, you’d have bought a truck.. I’m just like wow dude. You have no idea what people are going through in their lives and to be that condescending and judgemental cause I haven’t pulled the trigger on an almost $100,000 truck, he decided to be a disrespectful, condescending, arrogant representative of the carl black brand. I immediately contacted the GM Omar Rodriguez and have yet to hear from him regarding the issue after I left a message with his secretary. This is one of the worst disrespectful salespeople I’ve ever talked too. Absolutely insane the way they think this is good business practice. Josh should be fired immediately if I ran this place. Not only did he ruin this sale, any potential future sales, and all the possible sales that will never happen after people read the reviews I’m about to leave across all social media platforms from this 3 minute phone call with Josh brown.
