He also allowed me to drive the vehicle to my home to pick up my husband so that he could accompany me on my test drive. Darrin recommended someone who could make a duplicate key fob for the vehicle, and that was accomplished expeditiously. Any questions I had were addressed honestly. Joshua Burkhardt handled all the paperwork well; I received all the proper documentation in the mail very quickly. Top Notch Sales Professional and Friend We spent several months looking and talking to auto salesmen at various dealerships. None of them seemed to have answers to my questions on the Jeeps We spent several months looking and talking to auto salesmen at various dealerships. None of them seemed to have answers to my questions on the Jeeps we were looking to purchase. After looking at the dealership reviews, we decided to go to ODaniel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We ended up meeting Justin Harding and wow, he had the answers to my questions and helped my wife and I decide on which model of Jeep would meet our requirements. We never felt pressured and Justin walked us through the various way to lease or purchase our chosen vehicle. The day we picked up the vehicle he took a great deal of time going through all the features of the Jeep. He also assured us that he wasn’t just our salesman through this purchase, but also there to help us if needed throughout the entire time we have the vehicle. We are now very happy owners of a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. If you are looking for a Jeep and have questions, I would highly recommend Justin Harding. He knows Jeeps top to bottom and will not pressure you into buying a vehicle like most other dealers and dealerships do. I'm still getting calls almost daily from those other guys trying to sell me a vehicle. More

Between Ref and Tex they stayed well after closing time to make sure we could drive our new truck home with us. I would also like to mention the delivery/clean up crew also got the truck 15 min before closing time and still got it prep for Ref so we could take home.I would have to say this is the best buying experience I have had buying a vehicle.
