Lied, mislead and then lied some more We needed to turn in a vehicle that was off lease and called ahead to ask for help in dealing with the situation. The sales guy showed us an SUV we liked so we moved on to the "deal" phase where things rapidly went wrong. Staff kept us waiting more than two hours with no contact, sales rep misrepresented the deal and would have left us with a large bill from the leasing company if we'd signed. I finally walked out and had to come back the next day to complete things. Singed paperwork agreeing to trade in/pay off my vehicle and purchase the new vehicle, which we are happy with once they dealer took a shot a resolving delivery issues like tape on the windshield and cob webs in the door latch. Now 30+ days later, dealership is holding title paperwork saying we owe them additional fees related to our trade that they have no control over. The worst part is that they have known about this issue for weeks and didn't bother to tell us until a few days ago. More

We weren't very familiar with the car we were buying so before we went on a test drive Josh sat in the back and explained all of the features of the car to us. When we got back from the test drive Josh took us to his office explained the whole car buying process too us. He explained everything so thoroughly and was so understanding.
