From the time we test drove the vehicles and made a decision we had the keys, paperwork and financing all finished in under 2 hours which was great compared to our previous car buying experience with other dealerships. I had been looking for a specific truck for quite some time. Every time I thought I had found it, the vehicle was usually sold before I got there. I found what I was looking for at Trent early on a Saturd time. Every time I thought I had found it, the vehicle was usually sold before I got there. I found what I was looking for at Trent early on a Saturday morning. I called over to the dealership to ensure they had it, but with an hours drive to get there, I was still skeptical if I would in fact find what I wanted. Josh from the sales department reached out to me before I ever left home to assure me that he would be taking care of us… and that he did. We arrived at Trent to find the truck pulled around back, fully detailed, and Josh holding two bottles of cold water. He expertly walked us through the history and specs of the vehicle, took us for a test drive, and then walked us through the deal details. Jerry came in to help us finalize the paperwork and we were on our way a short time later. Let me just say here that I HATE buying vehicles, but my experience with the team at Trent was A++! More
