Timely, convenient , and craig the service guy was very helpful. Happy with the service. Not so happy with 3% credit cards surcharge. I am not charging a cheap hamburger i am charging usually expensive service down to the clean up rag. If gm can force dealerships to spend big time on facilities and the sign out front, they should have clout to change this practice in doing business. This should be especially dropped when using a gm mastercard. Offsets the benefit of gm rewards. Take gm rewards from my pocket to put it in the service cash cow. What good is it??! Again service was great but Diehl’s manager and others need to find this income somewhere else as a trade off for customer satisfaction. More

We went to this dealership to see about the lease on a Trail Blazer. The deal was $3000.00 down and $199.00 a month. They came back with $3000.00 down and $376.00 a month. When asking why it was not $199,00 a month, the general manager said it was for only ONE particular vehicle on the lot and it was gone. Thats not the way it was advertised to the public and I said legally they should have to honor the deal as advertised. The ad did not say a select few vehicles or one particular vehicle. It said Trail Blazers. I asked why they didn’t pull the advertisement once the “ONE” vehicle sold and the general manger said because the advertisement runs until Oct 31,2025. Why would you still continue advertising something that is no longer available??? My opinion? To pull in customers with false advertising. Sales person was wonderful but the general manager was arrogant and rude! Thee worst dealership I have ever dealt with! More
