I went there to have a key made for my 2001 Honda and they wanted to charge me $250 and said I would have to wait 4 hours! I went to arrowhead dealership and they made me 3 for $30! This dealership has provided poor service since I purchased my car. I had issues with the car a week after I left the lot and they took little to no accountability. Not only this, but they have terri purchased my car. I had issues with the car a week after I left the lot and they took little to no accountability. I had an issue and was awaiting a call back from an advisor for days, until my issue worsened and I had to pay to tow to them. Service and scheduling were satisfactory but prices high and extra 3% charge for credit card a major turnoff. Credit cards are a cost of doing business and should be treated as such.
