I have been working on cars since I was young and have been in the car business since I was 17. I still remember installing a spare tire for a stranded lady off of Highway 77 in Bloomington when I was only 9 years old. I have always loved serving others and I really enjoy helping people with their Audi's! Audi's are the best built vehicles available today, and I am very passionate about the Audi Brand.

My blue tooth was not working. Twice I brought it back to Joshua Kern and he got it working; but the next time I started my car it would not work. Wanting to make sure it was not my phone, I went back to to Joshua Kern and he got it working; but the next time I started my car it would not work. Wanting to make sure it was not my phone, I went back to AT & T twice and no they didn't think it was my phone. Then I called Audi customer service, after three attempts to reach someone and holding for 28 minutes I talked with Krystal W. who was very sympathetic and helpful. Again we got the blue tooth to work; but the next time I started the car, it wouldn't work, so back to Joshua again. The blue tooth module was corrupted and was replaced! Finally we got it to work. For 5 weeks I dealt with this. Always Joshua takes very good care of me! More

Vehicle was in and out as promised. Replacement part was damaged so had to come back a second time. On both visits, Josh made me feel like an appreciated customer and was upfront and honest.
