I have been working on cars since I was young and have been in the car business since I was 17. I still remember installing a spare tire for a stranded lady off of Highway 77 in Bloomington when I was only 9 years old. I have always loved serving others and I really enjoy helping people with their Audi's! Audi's are the best built vehicles available today, and I am very passionate about the Audi Brand.

I recently had my new Audi A5 serviced at PPM. It's not very often you run into a business that is eager to accommodate its customers any more these days but you'll find this in Park Place Motors. I have a collection of Audis. I'm so glad that Park Place Motors is located in my hometown. I have purchased several of my cars from Park Place. James Taylor was my salesman each time. He was very educated on his products, very friendly and helpful throughout the entire sales process. Joshua Kern is a Nationally ranked service advisor that many times can tell me what is wrong with my car before I pull it in for service. Our 2009 Audi S5 experienced a complete failure of the clutch. We had the vehicle towed to Park Place Motors. The clutch assembly is excluded from the Audi warranty however after doing some research on th clutch. We had the vehicle towed to Park Place Motors. The clutch assembly is excluded from the Audi warranty however after doing some research on the Internet we found that there was a known defect with the S5 clutch assembly that caused pre-mature failure which was subsequently addressed in a mid 2010 re-design. The Park Place guys agreed that the failure was a result of a defect and made sure that Audi USA covered the cost of the repairs under the vehicle warranty. More
