Both the BMW and Audi service department has been there to answer my wife and my questions, both on the phone and via email. Being able to schedule service online is also a huge plus for me too! In regard to sales, Ron Thrune has been my go to guy now for all but my first car I bought at Park Place and can always count on him to respond to calls, emails, and text messages. My most recent transaction with Ron was when I was on my way out of the country for work and between texts and emails, I got the info I needed to lock in my sale while I was at 37000 feet and had the car waiting for me ready to go the day after I returned from my trip. Being able to work electronically is a must for me and Park Place seems to know how to do just that for their customers. I would not hesitate to recommend Park Place for anyone looking for a BMW or Audi and I know I will be back in a few years when my lease is up! More
