We live about 75 miles from the dealership and they actually picked up our car and serviced it and brought it back because they did not have the part the day we took it in. We would never go anywhere else to buy our Audi. More

Great Service Department There's always a certain level of hesitancy when taking your vehicle somewhere for service when you didn't purchase from them...No need to worry with There's always a certain level of hesitancy when taking your vehicle somewhere for service when you didn't purchase from them...No need to worry with Park Place. Joshua does an amazing job in the Service Department. He went above and beyond to deliver my vehicle to me (an hour and a half away) at no charge when a mistake had been made and my car wasn't going to be finished when expected. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that they had completely detailed my car, as well. They have earned a new faithful service guest...which always has the potential to lead to sales guest in the future. More

Park Place is THE PLACE to go! Josh and AJ are the finest service writers I've ever come across! They take the time to explain the things that are going on. Also, the mechanics are Josh and AJ are the finest service writers I've ever come across! They take the time to explain the things that are going on. Also, the mechanics are top notch too! I do a lot of my own service because I have the experience and knowledge, well that and I'm very fussy about my vehicles, and never have I come away with any issues or problems. Something that cannot be said for every dealer or service department. They go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right the first time. Very nice they wash and clean the car before you get it back also! Fantastic work from the whole team! More

From the initial phone contact to schedule the service, through the payment and delivery, the experience was excellent. My somewhat tight schedule was accommodated, they provided a ride and pick up, and w through the payment and delivery, the experience was excellent. I liked the reminders of the upcoming service appointment. I didn't expect the oil change to be 3 times the cost of a "regular" oil change- granted this was synthetic oil, just surprised Josh di appointment.
