The client waiting area and amenities are excellent, staff kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle, and I felt they were genuinely sincere in ensuring that I received quality service. Any questions I had were promptly responded to and when the servicing of my vehicle was completed and returned to me I noted that it was cleaned and vacuumed. I greatly appreciate the service Ira Lexus provides. More

Best service ever The customer service that I had yesterday was the best that I have ever had at any Lexus dealership I have been a Lexus owner for 8 years and this is The customer service that I had yesterday was the best that I have ever had at any Lexus dealership I have been a Lexus owner for 8 years and this is my 3rd Lexus. From the initial phone call for my 10k service to the final checkout everything and everyone was superior. I appreciated having a loaner car for the day, the nice coffee machine and bagels and the chocolates for the ride home. The service could not have been better. Josh was great to work with. My car continues to be a joy to ride. IRA Lexus made it a pleasure to have it serviced. Thanks! More

Patched tire that had a nail in it My tire pressure warning light came on and thank goodness I took it seriously. I took a walk around the vehicle and didn't see any obvious problem, no My tire pressure warning light came on and thank goodness I took it seriously. I took a walk around the vehicle and didn't see any obvious problem, none of the tires looked low, so I was considering ignoring the warning light and chalking it up to the wide temperature swings over the past few days. But I decided to call the dealership and ask them to check it out. They were able to fit me in right away. They examined the tire pressure all around and found one tire was a little low. They inspected that tire more closely and discovered the root cause ... there was a nail in the tire! They pulled the tire off and were able to patch it and get me back on the road right away. More
