I experience went well. The sale was smooth and uneventful. Joshua & Kaleb were very polite and well educated. When the car was delivered it was late for our 3:30 pickup. And the interior (windows) could have been cleaned/detailed a little better. But I think they were running behind. The Dealership is a disaster area (had I known, I would have gone to Tampa) but that's not anyones fault. Thus the 4 out of 5 stars. It will be nice once the construction is completed. I hope this turns out to be as nice of a owner/dealership relationship as I had with Mercedes across the street. More

They had a pretty fair price for the vehicle. It was in excellent shape, almost perfect. I had them check the exterior and they found a dent and fixed it before I took delivery. I did not love that they added a PPP+ package for $995 that was not optional, but it was a great car for a solid price an they even delivered it to me in WPB and took my trade-in back. That’s excellent customer service. Would GLADLY recommend this dealership as they are one of 3 dealerships in my life (out of dozens) that has that level of concern for clients in my experience. Joshua Matthew is a terrific car sales agent and I recommend him personally. He’ll treat you the way you’d treat your best friend. Excellent experience. More

We are very happy in working with Joshua Matthew in purchasing our new Lexus E 300 H. We did not intend to buy a hybrid, but Joshua convinced us that it would be a good choice for us. We also were impressed with the general manager, and with Joshua‘s manager, John, who called us to make sure we understood the technology involved with Lexus.
