My experience with this staff was excellent. I was contacted immediately after my on line request for info on Ford F-150 trucks or suv. Hands down the beat dealership i have dealt with. I recently had been promoted at work and was shopping for a newer vehicle that was more reliable. But the previous dealerships i had gone to werent abl recently had been promoted at work and was shopping for a newer vehicle that was more reliable. But the previous dealerships i had gone to werent able to help me. Empire Ford was able to get me approved for a low interest rate and really help me get out of a bad situation with the vehicle. Josue the salesman who assisted me was extremely friendly and polite. He helped work through the whole process and really understood the situation i was in. Overall i am pleased with my experience and will most likely be coming back in the future as well as letting my friends and family know about them. More

I'm not at all satisfied with the vehicle I was put in. It has caused more stress on me. Regret purchase but I guess I have to deal with it. I was told I was prequalified for a certain amount but got placed in a vehicle I'm not at all satisfied with for the money they claimed I was prequalified for.
