Josue Cruz was a pleasure to work with! The first salesman I spoke to was Jackie. He did not like the fact that I was upfront and told him that I do not like pushing salesman and that I knew The first salesman I spoke to was Jackie. He immediately decided that his personality would not be a good fit with mine and rudely told me that he did not want to help me. Josue Cruz was the salesman that I spoke to next. Josue showed me complete respect and diligently listened to my mission. He was very polite and was easy to work with and we sealed a deal with the car purchase. Cruz was also great in being patient with me and he did a great job following up after the sale. My disappointment was that Grand Prairie Ford management was not willing to negotiate even a few dollars to help me feel like I received a great deal. That was disappointing because over the past 10 years I have purchased eight vehicles for my family and have always been able to negotiate price which helped me feel like I got the best deal for my money. GP Ford management refused to negotiate at all, even when I was paying cash and not financing. More
