Your mechanic missed existing damage and you billed me for labor twice. your service advisor chuckled off my concerns about being charged twice for labor like I was wrong and it wasn't worth discussing. you have lost a service customer and I won't be buying my chevys from you at that location anymore either.
Service department does very well.
