It was a relaxed atmosphere, very well balanced at far as being attentive to the customers needs but not pushy & forcing themselves upon me. I never felt pressured or my personal space violated I was able to look for the truck I liked in peace & Javon Riley (the salesman) was there if I had any questions, concerns or needed anything. Best car buying experience This was the best experience. We went to the Dodge dealership down the road and was treated horrible. They were pushy, did not listen to what I wanted This was the best experience. We went to the Dodge dealership down the road and was treated horrible. They were pushy, did not listen to what I wanted and at the end disrespectful. I drove by and just happen to stop by. I spoke to Sami and his team. He was wonderful. Treated me like he wanted my business and listened to my needs. I was a bit worried as to why they were so nice. I did some research thinking they were pulling a fast one on me, but everything added up. The numbers worked and the we closed the deal. I will definitely buy a car here again! More

Excellent sales crew at Jim Ellis I am a single woman who was on the hunt for a great car at a great price. Javon Riley and Sami Karaki were 2 of the most professional and courteous gu I am a single woman who was on the hunt for a great car at a great price. Javon Riley and Sami Karaki were 2 of the most professional and courteous guys I’ve dealt with. I shopped for months. I had a 2015 GMC Acadia Denali I absolutely loved but was sad to know GM changed its body style in 2017 losing a seat and cargo space. Javon was the first sales guy to mention looking at the Buick Enclave among the dealers I had visited. My local dealer used heavy manipulative sales tactics BUT here at the Jim Ellis of the Mall of GA Sami gave me the best price the first go round for my Acadia and for the Enclave, and didn’t try to do a once over because I was a female. I felt very well taken care of and respected as a customer from the car shopping all the way to the end of the financing with Dee Hong and driving the car off the lot. I’ll definitely do business here again and tell all I know looking to shop here as well. More

Buying experience I purchased my truck on Friday over the phone and we agreed for me to pick up my truck at 2:00 on Wednesday when an accessory would be completed. I t I purchased my truck on Friday over the phone and we agreed for me to pick up my truck at 2:00 on Wednesday when an accessory would be completed. I texted the sales associate the day before to ensure it would be ready and received assurance that it would be. The day of delivery I received a text asking when I would be there and I said between 1-2 and received a "no problem" text back. When I arrived my truck was not ready and I sat there until almost 5:00 waiting. I was offered water and never received it and left to simply sit there for almost 3 hours. Once I took delivery of my truck I had to clean out the paper car mats and other pieces of trash that were in the car. The finance took a while prepare the documents for my wives signature. I also was not offered the opportunity to purchase an extended warranty plan - which I always do. The whole experience was underwhelming and this is the 3rd car I have purchased there. More
