We took our vehicle to Walt Massey in Marian to get fixed. Fuel pump control module. $80 part cost us $410 to put on after having our vehicle for 6 weeks! Took 3 weeks just to get a call back. Robert took our call the first day and then we never heard from him again. After having our vehicle for 5 weeks they wanted us to come in and trade it off, acting like they couldn’t fix it. The lady had already picked the vehicle they wanted us to purchase which was about 76,000 dollars with worse gas mileage than ours and less seating room. After telling them we weren’t interested in trading now and telling them that we would just have our truck towed somewhere else, the service guy begged for us to give him two more days. Well it was Saturday and couldn’t really get it moved until Monday anyway, so we said sure, but if it wasn’t fixed by Monday we were picking it up. They called Monday at 2:30 stating they knew what the problem was and could get it done. It literally took two hours for them to call back and say it was ready. I truly believe this was all a run around to try to get more business and money out of us. Never again! More
