Well I had rental and I wrecked my Ford escape so I had rental last couple weeks and my rental was running out of days so I was so worried and scared not having vehicle because of my rental was due less th rental last couple weeks and my rental was running out of days so I was so worried and scared not having vehicle because of my rental was due less then. 48 hours back I went to several dealerships in memphis I got turned down dealerships after dealerships but I came across one more left and it was my only hope and I called Walt Massey chevy in marion ark and talked to Brandon he made me feel at ease saying come in and see what he could do for me get me in vehicle and I was so stressed that I didnt know where to turn or anything but he came thru for me and said let him do stress for me and make it fun for me to shop look for vehicle and I felt at ease and not stress at all because he took alot weight off my shoulders for worrying and next day they made it happen got approved and I was so happy and escatic with tears Brandon help me and I appreciate dealerships of Walt Massey chevy in marion just was pleased and im living proof an terrific happy customer thank you Brandon a d Walt Massey chevy.. Initially, the experience was fine and relatively easy. Once the sale was made and there were some follow-up issues, everyone at the dealership became completely non-communicative, including the general ma Once the sale was made and there were some follow-up issues, everyone at the dealership became completely non-communicative, including the general manager. I had to call several times and I was even told, at one point, that Frank was "very busy with other customers" and that I needed to be patient even though I had an inoperable vehicle. Once it received the service it needed, I still did not receive a phone call letting me know it was ready. The only person who communicated with me as promised was Colton in the service department when he actually returned my phone call with an update. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience that could have been easily resolved with communication. More
