Of the many times that I have been to a dealer this experience has by far been the best. I purchased a 2022 Subaru Forester with Chrissy and Joy and to say they were amazing would be a huge understatement! She went above and beyond to help me set up my app for auto start and went through every feature my new forester had to offer. On the way home from the dealership I had trouble with my eyesight and Joy was so helpful offering solutions and even helped me set up a service appointment just incase I needed it. Her positive attitude and smile were so contagious as well! My entire car buying experience with Ganley Subaru has been so wonderful. Thank you so much again! I LOVE my new forester! More

I wasn't even planning on getting a new car, I was only in Cleveland for the weekend, but it turned out the long drive in from out of town was the fi I wasn't even planning on getting a new car, I was only in Cleveland for the weekend, but it turned out the long drive in from out of town was the final journey for my old baby. when the service department gave me the sad news, they directed me to Joy, and I'm so glad they did! we talked about what I liked in my car, and by the time I got back to the dealership she had options ready and waiting for me that checked all my boxes- and knowing my time constraints, she picked options that were ready to be taken off the lot that day. she was so patient and kind when I was feeling overwhelmed, she even offered to come pick me up when my uber was running late! talk about above and beyond. I am in love with my new Crosstreck and I can't thank Joy enough! More
