This was my second and certainly not my last time doing business with Joe Heidt Motors and worked with Juan both times on finding the right vehicle for me and my family. He's extremely knowledgeable on all business with Joe Heidt Motors and worked with Juan both times on finding the right vehicle for me and my family. He's extremely knowledgeable on all the features, straight to the point and made both experiences very pleasurable. My most recent visit was based on a promotion received from VW which I feel are always too good to be true, but what was stated on the paper is exactly what happened. Juan told me what cars were available on the lot, made an appointment with him and got the deal done. I also worked with Jose in Finance both times who is also very knowledgeable on all the different warranty and coverage options. Great experience all around and can't recommend Joe Heidt Motors, along with the two individuals mentioned if you're in the market for a vehicle. More

Unprofessional and totally unresponsive! Stay away. My new Atlas with 400 miles was in their service dept for 6 weeks! They could not fix the AC - 400 miles! I eventually got VW of America to replace th My new Atlas with 400 miles was in their service dept for 6 weeks! They could not fix the AC - 400 miles! I eventually got VW of America to replace the car. Not one manager ever called to apologize for the inconvenience...NEVER. I scheduled an appointment to swap the car - and was made to wait another 35 minutes. Go to Jack Daniels or Crestmont - save yourself the aggregation that I experienced! More

Scott and Juan in sales took good care of me when I purchased a certified pre-owned car. Mike in finance made sure that I got a great loan rate and got the right amount of extra warranty on the car. Joe in service couldn't be any nicer. My car had an issue with a wear part that was technically "out of warranty"; however, the dealership took care of this cost as I have only had the car for a couple of months. I have dealt with a good number of car dealerships over the years and I never worked with a more honest, caring group of people then everyone at Joe Heidt VW. More

Just a good experience I saw the car of my dreams on a Saturday night in the lot of Joe Heidt. First thing Monday morning I called and asked to speak with a sales person... I saw the car of my dreams on a Saturday night in the lot of Joe Heidt. First thing Monday morning I called and asked to speak with a sales person...I was connected with Juan and two hours later the car was mine. Juan was as professional as one could ask for. Courteous, knowledgeable and real....I enjoyed buying a car from him very much......................Then Robert worked his magic on my trade in and I walked away from Joe Heidt a very happy customer. (and Robert was the reason I was there in the first place). I had stopped in one night at closing time and Robert greeted me and just seemed like the kind of guy I could trust, so when the time came to be a serious buyer I sought out his dealership as opposed to the 10 other VW I could have gone too. Both men made my experience a very nice one indeed. More

WE ALSO HAVE VOLKSWAGEN DEALER NEAR MY PLACE BUT THE PERSONEL ARE NOT AT ALL HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. ESP THE MANAGER.I JUST WANT MY HEADLIGHT FIX THEY LET ME WAIT 4HRS ,WHEN IN FACT I CALLED THEM FOR APPT THE DAY BEFORE.I DON'T THINK THEY WERE SO BUSY THAT TIME THE SEC TOLD ME TO WAIT MY APPT WAS 8AM MY CAR WAS DONE BY 12N.JUST TO FIX THE HEADLIGHT IT TOOK THAT LONG..
