Best car buying experience I've ever had I came in early December when my Monte Carlo was on its last leg and desperately needed a newer car. I had already chosen a car online and came in after work to check it out and was met by Mr. Flores. He had me test drive the chosen Malibu and showed me around the car to ensure it was what I really wanted. Everything was thoroughly explained and there was no pressure in trying to buy another car or upsale me in things I didn't want as I've experienced at other dealerships. He was extremely patient and worked around my finances to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the purchase and financing. Even when the primary key to my new used car broke, he was more than available to help me get a new one and be on my way. I haven't had anyone in customer service work so well in making sure everything was squared away before I left. Will most definitely be purchasing another car from this dealership in the distant future when I get a better job and am put in a better financial situation. More

He wasn't pushy, didn't oversell the vehicle, but instead gave us friendly, honest customer service. His experience in the car business as well as his professionalism definitely sets him apart from what you'd expect to encounter at a dealership! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the time it took in the finance department. This is a reflection of the dealership rather than Juan himself. If your in the market for a vehicle, give Juan a chance to impress you, I don't think you will be disappointed! More

Juan is definitely the guy to see if you go to Ferman I hate car shopping but Juan made it a positive experience. Juan was honest and no pressure.
